Long Distance Love Bombs, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same.

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged copyright infringement and how we respond to such notices in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).


1) Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice. Your notice must include all of the following information to be valid:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. A clear description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website (URL preferred).

  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not be processed.

Use a clear subject line such as: “DMCA Takedown Notice”


3) Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and

  • Notify the content provider or user responsible for the material.

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice if we believe it infringes copyright or violates applicable law.


4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

5) Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we may:

  • terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers,

  • refuse service to users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

We don’t enjoy doing this, but we will if needed.


6) Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA:

  • knowingly submitting false or misleading claims of infringement, or

  • knowingly submitting false counter-notifications,

may result in legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.

In short: report honestly, not emotionally.


7) Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.
