At Long Distance Love Bombs, LLC, we aim to make shipping expectations clear and predictable. This page explains our shipping fee, tax treatment, processing time (preparation time), shipping time (carrier transit), cutoff time, tracking, and what can affect delivery estimates.
1) Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Some remote areas (for example, certain rural routes or special territories) may experience longer delivery times depending on the carrier network. If a carrier restriction prevents delivery to a specific address, we may contact you for an alternative or cancel and refund the order.
2) Shipping Cost (Flat Rate)
We use a Flat Rate Shipping fee so you always know what you’re paying before checkout.

This fee is displayed during checkout before you place the order and before payment is finalized.
3) Taxes (0% at Checkout)

Sales Tax: 0% (No tax charged at checkout)
You will not see sales tax added to the order total at checkout. Your total cost is the product price plus the flat-rate shipping fee (and any optional extras you may choose, if available).
4) Business Days Definition
When we say “business days,” we mean Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Weekends and holidays do not count toward processing or shipping time estimates.
5) Cutoff Time (Order Received Time)
To keep timelines consistent, we use a daily cutoff time:

Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
How it works:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT are considered received the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are considered received the next business day.
This cutoff time affects when processing time begins.
6) Processing Time (Preparation Time)
Before your order ships, it must be prepared and packaged.

Processing includes:

Preparing/handling the order for shipment

Packaging and label creation

Handover to the shipping carrier
Processing time begins on the business day your order is considered received (based on the cutoff time above).
7) Shipping Time (Carrier Transit Time)
After your order is processed and handed off, the carrier delivers it.

Shipping time begins after your package is in the carrier’s possession and has started moving through the carrier network.
8) Total Delivery Time (What You Should Expect)
We publish the full delivery expectation upfront:

Total Delivery Time: 10–12 business days

Processing: 3–5 business days

Shipping: 7 business days

This total delivery range is calculated from the order received date (based on cutoff time) through final delivery.

9) Tracking Updates
When available, we provide tracking information.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the carrier first scans the package.
If tracking looks “stuck” early on, it is often due to delayed carrier scans rather than the package being lost.
10) Possible Delays (Realistic Stuff That Happens)
We try to hit the stated timeframes, but some factors can cause delays:

Weather events and natural disruptions

Holiday peak seasons and high-volume periods

Delivery area constraints (remote ZIP codes, limited access routes)

11) Address Accuracy (Very Important)
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout, including:

Apartment/unit number (if applicable)

Correct ZIP code and city/state

A valid contact email/phone (for delivery updates)
If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or is marked undeliverable:

Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.

If a refund is issued, original shipping fees may not be refundable (depending on the situation and carrier fees).
12) Lost, Stolen, or Delivered-But-Not-Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:

Check with neighbors/household members

Look for a carrier “safe drop” location

Contact your local carrier office with the tracking number
